My favourite thing about my Martial Arts Journey so far:

Doing my Black Belt Grading because I was able to show everything I have learnt since my very first class as a Red Belt, and it has shown me that there is still a lot to learn as a Black Belt.

My current Martial Arts goals:

To be able to take everything I've learnt and help teach others who are inspired to start a journey in martial arts whilst also improving my own martial arts.

Sensei’s Notes

Alex is one of our most dedicated and passionate martial artists having trained at several clubs before joining us, it’s clear he found his place here. He began in the kids’ ranks and after earning his stripes he was invited into the adult class where his skill truly shone through. He now commits a minimum of seven hours each week to his Ju Jitsu - including our Adult Ju Jitsu classes in Chorley and Kirkham, staff training and the open mat which speaks volumes about his work ethic and ambition. Alex is a role model in the dojo: hard-working, respectful and always ready to train or teach with the same energy. Rumour has it that Superman himself has a poster of Sensei Alex hung up in his bedroom.
